Finally, a velcro adult diaper cover.

This diaper cover features our Alpaca characters, a waterproof outer shell and fold back laundry tabs for easy care.

Cover includes an inner gusset to use with inserts, and a full width crotch and leg gussets to also accommodate full cut diapers.

This one-size design features snaps and velcro, which can be adjusted to fit waist sizes from 26" - 42".
