Conditons of Use / Return Policy

At Diaper Sharks, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Diapers / Underwear

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on diapers or underwear unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide us with pictures for proof. We cannot accept returns due to sizing issues and highly recommend purchasing sample packs prior to making large orders to ensure correct sizing.

Cloth

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn cloth products within 7 days of receipt. All manufacturer tags and stickers must be in place, and the product should not show any signs of wear. Any items being returned that are not defective or an error in shipment will require a 25% restocking fee.

Accessories

We accept returns or exchanges for unopened accessories within 7 days of receipt, except in cases where a shipping error occurred or the product is defective. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please provide us with pictures as evidence to determine eligibility for the return. Any items being returned that are not defective or an error in shipment will require a 25% restocking fee.

Incorrect Address/Undeliverable

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately to fix this before the order is shipped and avoid any additional charges. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you to discuss the options for reshipment or refund. In some cases, a refund may not be possible if the package is abandoned. The responsibility of the shipping address being correct is ultimately on the customer and packages shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded or replaced.

Order Cancelations

In most cases, orders are considered final once they've been placed and cannot be altered or canceled. If you decide to cancel your order, a processing fee will apply, which amounts to 5% of the total or $15, whichever is greater, for each payment that requires a refund. Additionally, if your order has already been forwarded to the warehouse for processing and can still be canceled, a 15% restocking fee will be imposed. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

How to Initiate a Refund/Exchange

For any refund or exchange requests, kindly reach out to us at support@diapersharks.com, including your order number, a detailed explanation for the return, accompanying pictures, and any additional information that might aid us in assessing eligibility. Once we receive your email, we will carefully evaluate the request and provide further instructions if needed. Please be aware that refund eligibility is subject to our discretion, and we retain the right to withhold refunds if the product fails to meet the specified requirements. Once we receive and verify the returned items, a refund will be promptly issued to your account.
